EAP: Mental Talks: ‘Handling Difficult Conversations’

Aim:

To help participants develop the skills and confidence to effectively manage challenging conversations in both personal and professional contexts.

Difficult conversations are a common part of both personal and professional life. However, they are also essential for resolving issues, building relationships, and achieving goals. In this Mental talk, we will explore strategies for handling difficult conversations effectively. We will discuss the importance of preparation, active listening, and empathy in these conversations, as well as techniques for managing emotions and staying focused on the outcome.
