What does it mean to accept and love yourself the way you really are?

Aim:

To present to the participants information about theoretical and practical aspects of self-love. With the help of two exercises, the participants look at themselves, evaluate their qualities and recognize their needs.

Love is a feeling that not only poets, artists, scientists have been dealing with but each of us as well.

In the upcoming meeting we will talk about what it means to love oneself. With the help of various techniques we will see how much we know ourselves, whether we accept and like ourselves as we are. We will look at the choices one makes in one’s life because

“Each of our choices carries hidden messages and we attract people and relationships that correspond to them

For the purpose of the two self-knowledge exercises we have prepared, participants need a sheet and a pen and a quiet atmosphere.

To love and accept yourself as you are and to give away those aspects that you cannot change. Since only when a person is in harmony with themselves, they could develop a meaningful and constructive relationship with others.

Tasks:

  • To provide information and answers to the following questions:
  • What it means to love yourself
  • The difference between self-confidence and self-love
  • How to find out if we love and take care of ourselves enough
  • What are the first steps in loving and accepting ourselves?
  • Let’s get to know and turn to ourselves

In the planned workshop are invited to participate  people from MODIS
