Csaba Toth has over 15 years of experience in setting up start-ups and working with Fortune 500 companies to create high-performing leaders and teams by leveraging their personal and cultural differences. His quest is to make the science of cultural intelligence logical, practical and fun to make people compatible, productive and happy.
Csaba has two masters’ degrees and he is certified in several intercultural and behavioural models such as professor Hofstede’s 6-D model, Lewis-model, DISC, CBT, NLP and Neuro-behavioural Approach. He is the founder of ICQ Consulting and the developer of the multi-award-winning, ICF accredited intercultural model Intercultural DISC, the blueprint of why people think and behave differently depending on their personality type and cultural background.
Csaba was born in Hungary and he has been living in the UK for 14 years. His background is in managing high-end restaurants and hotels, hence the idea for his first business. He started a restaurant booking website with 35 venues in Brighton and he grew it to 5,500 restaurants all over the UK within a year which became a joint venture. The business failed due to personal and cultural differences between the two CEOs. That experience made him want to find a solution for turning diversity into synergy instead of painful liability. Since then Csaba has worked with global companies such as BBC, Thyssenkrupp, FMC Technologies, GN Resound, Jabra, Knorr-Bremse, DeVere, Holiday Inn.
We have 2 main types of training. First one is to certify trainers and coaches so they can facilitate workshops using the Intercultural DISC tool. The second type of training is the corporate ones delivered by our licensees.
During the training we may supply individual and the team reports which measure the cognitive diversity index of a team.
